The organisers of the annual Develop Conference in Brighton have issued a call for speakers for 2010’s event.

Taking place from July 13-15, 2010 the fifth Develop Conference will again kick off with the Evolve programme. This year it will focus on new platforms, from Android and iPhone to PSP Go and Facebook, new technologies such as 3D TV, and new markets – both geographic and demographic - including China, Brazil and educational games for classrooms.

Speakers have yet to be announced for the second and third days of the event, but the organisers promise “practical advice on the latest issues, tools, tricks and techniques of game development”.

“The Develop Conference has always prided itself on being an event created by developers for developers. So, as well as inviting speakers directly, the call for submissions offers developers the chance to help shape the programme themselves,” said Andy Lane, managing director of Tandem Events.

Speaker proposals can be submitted online here. The deadline is March 25.
